Tetris Modular Technology was developed to address some of the limitations associated with shipping containers, particularly their restrictive dimensions. To overcome these challenges, we designed modular structures that do not require transport permits, while offering more generous dimensions of 13x3x4 meters. This allows for the creation of structures with a total area of 39 square meters, 9 square meters larger than a standard 40-foot container.
The key advantage is the increased width to 3 meters and the height to 4 meters, providing greater flexibility and functionality in design compared to traditional container-based solutions. Additionally, the modular design offers flexibility in making it easy to scale or reconfigure buildings as needed.
Main Uses: Medical clinics, Airbnb and hotel rooms, offices, affordable houses classrooms, etc.
For larger projects where modular construction is not feasible and on-site work is required, Tetris steel structures utilise our advanced pre-manufactured fast-build technology. This system is based on a steel frame with integrated insulation and an environmentally protective finish.
Key sections of the building are manufactured in a factory setting, ensuring precision and consistency, before being assembled on-site, which enhances quality and efficiency throughout the project. By streamlining the construction process, this approach dramatically reduces build times while delivering solutions that are both aesthetically pleasing and cost-effective.
