The commercial spaces are constructed in a shorter building time and the need for extensive on-site labor is drastically reduced. • Interior: For a smooth and finished interior look, gypsum was used on the walls.

The showhouse offers a comfortable living space, spanning a total of 39 square meters. It features a well-designed one-bedroom layout with an open-plan kitchen, maximizing functionality and creating a bright and airy feel.

3. How long did it take to build the showhouse?

The showhouse was built in just 10 days! This rapid turnaround further showcases the efficiency and time-saving benefits of our modular approach.

Off Site Construction & Delivery

An additional point of interest for many visitors was the off-site construction process. The showhouse was built at our yard in Thika, demonstrating our ability to work efficiently off-site. It was then delivered and assembled at the KICC venue just 2 days before the expo began, highlighting the ease of transportation and installation associated with our modular system.
