Case Study

In our recent project, ISM Tetris successfully constructed four modular accommodation units for a client in Uganda.

Completed in just under 30 days, this project exemplifies the remarkable speed, efficiency, and sustainability that Tetris Technology brings to the construction industry. The project included two 78 sqm three-bedroom units and two 39 sqm one-bedroom units, all thoughtfully designed with modern living in mind.

Sustainability and Efficiency

Sustainability is a core principle of Tetris Technology. The modular design of these units allowed us to minimize material waste and reduce the overall environmental impact of the project. By prefabricating the units in a controlled environment at our Nairobi yard, we optimized resource use and ensured precision in every aspect of the build.

The use of eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient insulation further reduced the carbon footprint of the project. With Tetris Technology, construction is completed three times faster than traditional methods, producing 50% less waste. The carbon footprint is reduced by 70%, thanks to the eco-friendly materials and processes we utilize. Additionally, our construction requires zero water, which is a crucial advantage in regions where water resources are limited. The minimal on-site work also ensures almost no environmental damage, preserving the natural surroundings and making Tetris Technology a truly green solution for building in sensitive or remote locations.
