Our modular showhouse, built in just 10 days using has captivated our clients and captured the attention of several potential home and business owners. Some quick pointers on the showhouse include:

1. Materials used in the Tetris Modular Showhouse

•  Exterior: We utilized fiber cement panels for the exterior walls, offering a weather-resistant and visually appealing finish.
• Insulation: Ensuring optimal temperature control, 100mm thick Styrofoam insulation runs throughout the walls and roof.
• Interior: For a smooth and finished interior look, gypsum was used on the walls.

2. Size and layout of the showhouse

        The showhouse offers a comfortable living space, spanning a total of 39 square meters. It features a well-designed one-bedroom layout with an            open-plan kitchen, maximizing functionality and creating a bright and airy feel.

3. Off-Site Construction & Delivery:

        The showhouse was built at our yard in Thika, demonstrating our ability to work efficiently off-site. It was then delivered and assembled in just 2     days, highlighting the ease of transportation and installation associated with our modular system. The showhouse was delivered to Westlands for display at the ISM Africa Headquarters, where it is still available for  viewing by all our clients.
