The commercial spaces are constructed in a shorter building time and the need for extensive on-site labor is drastically reduced. Off Site Construction & Delivery
An additional point of interest for many visitors was the off-site construction process. The showhouse was built at our yard in Thika, demonstrating our ability to work efficiently off-site. It was then delivered and assembled at the KICC venue just 2 days before the expo began, highlighting the ease of transportation and installation associated with our modular system.
